My mother always warned me that when I had children that I would get paid back for all the crap that I put her through. That time has come upon us. I spanked my son the other day after repeatedly telling him to stop saying NO to me and he looked at me straight in the face and said "didn't hurt". I used to say the exact same thing to my mother and now I know how hard it is not to laugh and beat him all at the same time.
