Today we are going to talk about good guilt vs bad guilt because guilt gets to everyone at some point. Here are my guilts:
Good guilt is the dipping dots Im eating right now, bad guilt is the dipping dots Im eating right now. Good guilt is wanting to do more in the town we live in and be more involved, bad guilt is the fear that I will never be good enough and will take up a lot of my time. Good guilt is wanting to spend time with my family, bad guilt is wanting some alone time. Good guilt is trying to be friendly to everyone, bad guilt is sometimes hurting a friends feelings. Good guilt is running 1 more mile, bad guilt is skipping the gym. Good guilt is loving my dog, bad guilt is hating the pet hair and wishing we had a goldfish. Good guilt is wanting to please everyone, bad guilt is not giving a rats ass sometimes. Good guilt is getting things off my chest in this blog, bad guilt is not cleaning the house or reading another book to the kiddo. Good guilt is loving decorating my house, bad guilt is spending money on my wants and not my needs. Good guilt is pushing our kids into sports, bad guilt is wanting them to win and be the best all the time. Good guilt is loving my husband beyond belief, bad guilt is glad he is out of the house while at work.
