Betty Crocker Yogurt Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
2 eggs
1/2 cups milk
1 cup plain Greek yogurt( like stonyfield)
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup fresh blueberries
1. Stir first five ingredients together with a whisk until well blended. Fold in blueberries. The batter will be thick.
2. Pour spoonfuls of batter onto hot, greased griddle, spread lightly.
3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn, cook until golden brown. Serve with your favorite syrup. Enjoy
