Re-purposed Valentine Wreath #3
Remember this coffee filter wreath at Christmas time that I made? Well its time to change it up a bit by re- purposing it for Valentines Day.
All I did was recover the "B" with the valentines napkins that I purchased the other day, added the pink garland that I purchased from clearance after Christmas and used Valentine ribbon from Dollar Tree.
